All users are expected to maintain professional behavior on and off the platform.
- No harassment or abuse directed at MatchHubs staff or other players.
- Offensive in-game names are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
- Toxic language in any support channel (WhatsApp) will result in an immediate account ban.
Fair Play & Anti-Collusion
Competitive integrity is the foundation of MatchHubs. We have zero tolerance for cheating of any kind.
MatchHubs strictly prohibits teaming. Any user caught inviting friends to enter the same room to cooperate, or coordinating play to gain an unfair advantage, will have their account terminated. Both the player and their associated friends will be permanently banned with no appeal.
Account & Reward Integrity
You are fully responsible for all activities on your account.
- Sharing login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
- Using multiple accounts to gain an advantage is grounds for immediate termination.
- MatchHubs reserves the right to verify the identity of any participant before awarding prizes.
Any attempt to manipulate platform data, use multiple accounts, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in the immediate forfeiture of all prizes and coins, regardless of account balance.
No Refund Policy
MatchHubs is a skill-based competition platform. We are not responsible for tournament losses. Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once a tournament begins. Please do not contact support requesting refunds after a lost match — such requests are considered a violation of these terms and may lead to account restrictions.
Payout Policy
Your winnings are real money and we take payouts seriously.
- Valid winnings are processed within 12 to 24 hours post-verification.
- Payouts are made to JazzCash or EasyPaisa only.
- You are responsible for providing correct wallet credentials in your profile.
MatchHubs is not liable for losses due to incorrect payment information provided by the user. Please double-check your JazzCash/EasyPaisa number before submitting a payout request.
Dispute Resolution
All tournament results are final once verified by our moderation team.
- Disputes must be raised within 30 minutes of the match finishing.
- You must provide screen-recorded evidence submitted via WhatsApp.
- Disputes without evidence will not be considered.
- All verified decisions by the moderation team are final and binding.
Platform Rights
MatchHubs reserves the right to:
- Modify tournament rules, entry fees, and prize pools at any time.
- Suspend or terminate any account suspected of fraud or platform manipulation without notice.
- Withhold remaining balances in cases of serious terms violations without obligation of return.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
